Domestic Gas Training & Assessment Courses

Initial Candidates are candidates who have not taken that particular assessment before or candidates whose qualifications expired longer than 12 months ago.

Reassessment candidates are candidates who have taken these qualifications before.


CCN1

Core domestic gas safety assessment. This assessment is designed to test the gas safety competence of an operative in core domestic gas work. Using both practical and theory based methods.


CENWAT

Domestic gas fired central heating/hot water boiler and circulators up to 70 KW & Instantaneous Water Heaters.


WAT1

Domestic Gas Instantaneous Water Heating Appliances.


CKR1

Install, exchange, disconnect, service, repair, breakdown and commission domestic gas cooking appliances.


HTR1

Domestic open, balanced and fan assisted flue, gas fires and wall heater.


MET1

Install, exchange, removal and commissioning of primary and secondary meters up to 6m³ per hour.


DAH1

Install, exchange, disconnect, service, repair, breakdown and commission domestic ducted air heaters not exceeding 70KW.


Training is available for all of the above courses.

We offer CCN1 training depending on the individual candidates needs.

Our 2 day course is best suited to reassessment candidates who are working on site regularly. Comprising 1 day theory training and 1 day practical training this is our most popular course.
